Class size is limited to 8 participants.
Gentle and Relaxation Yoga will help to mobilize your body and calm your spirit. We’ll start with gentle activity, smooth thoughtful stretches and mindful breathing before moving onto long quiet relax and restore poses. We may also explore rolling and other forms of self massage to ease pain and connect with our bodies. Each class will focus on a particular part of the body like neck and shoulders, low back and hips and hips and hamstrings. This class is appropriate to all levels and I have experience tailoring yoga to suit you and your body.
